房产、相对剥夺感与主观阶层认同感

House Property,Relative Deprivation and Subjective Identity of Social Stratum

基于CGSS2015的数据,运用多元线性回归方法,对个体房产情况、相对剥夺感与主观阶层认同感三者之间的关系进行分析。研究发现:房产数量与居住面积对主观阶层认同感有积极的影响;房产情况不仅能直接影响个体的主观阶层认同感,而且可以通过相对剥夺感这个中介变量间接影响人们的主观阶层认同感。研究结果表明,一方面,房产在一定程度上补充了传统的职业、收入、教育形成的阶层认同,同时已然成为阶层分化的重要标志;另一方面,房产的过度赋权与住房功能的偏移,侧面反映了其对个体心理剥夺感及阶层认同的冲击。

This article analyzes the relationship among the factors of house property,relative deprivation and subjective identity of social stratum based on CCSS2015 data and using OLS regression.The research found out:The number of house property and living space has the positive impact on the subjective identity of social stratum;the circumstance of house property has the direct as well as the indirect impact on individual’s social identity through the relative deprivation as medium.Therefore,the conclusion of the study is that,house property has supplemented the traditional factors of social stratum such as occupation,income and educational level,and has become an important sign of social stratification.;on the other hand,house property has been overweighed and housing function has been deviated,which has a negative impact on individual’s awareness of relative deprivation and social identity.
