摘要
为探究不同浓度内毒素对17℃保存条件下猪精子质量的影响。在Modena基础稀释液中分别添加浓度为10^(-7),10^(-6),10^(-5),10^(-4)g/mL的内毒素,检测猪精子在此环境下5 d内的精子活率、活力、直线速度、路径速度和凝集指数。结果表明:10^(-7)g/mL组的精子在4~5 d时,直线速度显著降低,而10^(-6)~10^(-4)g/mL各组中的精子,各项质量指标显著降低,但各组精子的凝集指数差异不显著。猪精子对内毒素具有一定抗性,高浓度的内毒素影响精子的保存期;且内毒素不是引起精子大面积凝集的原因。研究为生产实践中猪精液的保存提供了试验依据。
To explore the effects of different concentrations of endotoxin on the quality of pig sperm under the storage condition of 17℃,endotoxin with concentrations of 10^(-7)g/mL,10^(-6)g/mL,10^(-5)g/mL and 10^(-4)g/mL were added to Modena basic diluent to detect sperm survival rate,vitality,linear velocity,path velocity and agglutination index of pig sperm within 5 days.The results showed that the linear velocity of sperm in 10^(-7)g/mL group was significantly decreased at 4-5 d,while the sperm quality indexes in each group of 10^(-6)-10^(-4)g/mL were significantly decreased,but there was no significant difference in the agglutination index of sperm in each group.Pig sperm has a certain resistance to endotoxin,and high concentration of endotoxin affects the preservation period of sperm;Moreover,we suggest that endotoxin is not the cause of large area of sperm agglutination.This study provides experimental basis for the preservation of pig sperm in production practice.
