玉米抗倒伏相关性状遗传改良效果

Genetic Improvement Effect of Lodging Resistance Related Traits in Maize

摘要 以Non-Reid群骨干自交系为基础材料,采用DH育种技术,经2轮遗传改良分别育成J9D207、J1886、J1518、J16084个改良系。对抗倒伏相关性状茎秆拉力强度、穿刺强度、节间直径、节间干质量和单位茎长干物质质量的遗传改良效果进行研究。结果表明:第2轮改良系J1608的抗倒伏相关性状遗传改良效果最为明显。基础系和2轮改良系之间的茎秆拉力强度、茎秆穿刺强度、节间直径、节间干质量和单位茎长干物质质量存在显著和极显著差异,同时茎秆穿刺强度、节间直径和单位茎长干物质重随节位的上升呈下降趋势。相关分析表明,茎秆拉力强度与穿刺强度、茎秆直径、节间干质量、单位茎长干物质质量呈极显著或显著正相关,说明这4个性状可以作为判断茎秆拉力强度的重要指标。 Based on the backbone inbred lines of the Non-Reid group,four improved inbred lines including J9 D207,J1886,J1518,J1608 were bred through two rounds of genetic improvement using DH breeding technology.The genetic improvement effects of lodging related traits,including stem tensile strength,puncture strength,internode diameter,internode dry weight and dry matter per unit stem length,were analyzed in four improved inbred lines.The results showed that the genetic improvement effects of lodging resistance related traits of the second round improved J1608 are the most obvious.There are significant or extremely significant differences in stem tensile strength,internode puncture strength,internode diameter,internode dry weight and dry matter weight per stem length between the basic lines and the improved lines.Stem puncture strength,internode diameter and dry matter weight per stem length show a downward trend with the increase of node position.Correlation analysis demonstrated that stem tensile strength has a significant or extremely significant positive correlation with puncture strength,stem diameter,internode dry weight and dry matter weight per stem length,respectively.Thus,puncture strength,stem diameter,internode dry weight and dry matter weight per stem length can be used as important indicators for judging stem tensile strength.
