蟾蜍皮肤生物活性肽成分提取及体外抗氧化活性

Extraction of Bioactive Peptides from Toad Skin and Their Antioxidant Activities in Vitro

摘要 为研究蟾蜍皮肤生物活性肽成分及体外抗氧化活性,以蟾蜍皮肤分泌物为研究对象,对其皮肤生物活性肽进行提取分离,得到F1和F22种组分,测定2种组分对DPPH·、ABTS+·、·OH的清除作用及还原力,并进行比较。结果表明:F2的抗氧化结果均高于F1,其中,F1、F2对DPPH·最大清除率接近100%,IC50分别为2.24,1.004 mg/mL;F1、F2对ABTS+·最大清除率也接近100%,IC50分别为1.94,1.13 mg/mL;F1、F2对·OH最大清除率均>80%,IC50分别为0.73,0.63 mg/mL。还原力测定结果也证实F1与F2均有很强的抗氧化性,并且F2的还原力高于F1。 In order to study the composition of bioactive peptides in toad skin and their antioxidant activities in vitro,toad skin secretion was separated to obtain F1 and F2 components.Then,the scavenging effects of the two components on DPPH·,ABTS+·,·OH and their reducing power were determined and compared.The results showed that the antioxidant results determined by either method were higher than that of F1,and the maximum clearance rates of DPPH·for F1 and F2 were close to 100%,and IC50 was 2.24 and 1.004 mg/mL,respectively.The maximum clearance rates of F1 and F2 to ABTS+·were also close to 100%,IC50 was 1.94 and 1.13 mg/mL,respectively;F1 and F2 had the maximum clearance rate of more than 80%,and IC50 was 0.73 and 0.63 mg/mL,respectively.The results of reducing power test confirmed that both F1 and F2 had strong antioxidant properties,and the reducing power of F2 was higher than that of F1.
