摘要
为探讨小型黄瓜幼苗对CO_(2)浓度倍增的响应情况,以两个小型黄瓜品种为试材,研究CO_(2)倍增对温室小型黄瓜幼苗形态指标、壮苗指标和光合参数的影响。结果表明,CO_(2)加富提高了黄瓜的净光合速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度和光饱和点,降低了气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光补偿点和CO_(2)补偿点。CO_(2)加富使小型黄瓜幼苗的茎粗和株高显著增大,叶片数和叶面积增大,干物质积累量显著增加,净同化率和壮苗指数升高,根冠比增大。CO_(2)加富提高了小型黄瓜的光合性能和幼苗质量。亘青27号较多福对CO_(2)加富更为敏感。
The purpose of this study is to explore the response of mini-cucumber seedlings to double CO_(2) concentration.Two kinds of mini-cucumbers were used as materials to study the effects of CO_(2) enrichment on the morphological indexes,seedling indexes and photosynthetic parameters of greenhouse mini-cucumber seedlings.CO_(2) enrichment increased the net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration and light saturation point of cucumber,and decreased stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,light compensation point and CO_(2) compensation point.CO_(2) enrichment significantly increased the stem diameter and plant height of mini-cucumber seedlings,increased leaf number and leaf area,significantly increased dry matter accumulation,increased net assimilation rate and seedling index,and increased root-shoot ratio.The enrichment of CO_(2) increased the photosynthetic performance and seedling quality of mini-cucumber.Genqing 27 is more sensitive to CO_(2) enrichment than Duofu.
