转基因抗虫玉米CM8101对根际微生物群落功能的影响

Effect of GM Maize CM8101 on Functional Diversity of Rhizosphere Microorganisms

摘要 评价对根际微生物群落结构和多样性的影响是转基因植物环境安全评价的重要内容。本文采用Biolog-ECO微平板法对转Cry1Ab-Ma基因抗虫玉米CM8101和其对应的非转基因玉米郑58的根际微生物群落碳代谢功能进行了比较研究,结果发现抗虫玉米CM8101与郑58之间,在平均颜色变化率、微生物多样性指数和碳源利用率等方面均没有显著性差异。本文为转基因抗虫玉米CM8101的环境安全性提供了新的依据。 The potential impact on the rhizosphere microbial community composition,diversity,and structure is an important part of the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified(GM)plants.In this study,the Biolog ECO microplate method was employed to explore the potential impact of GM maize CM8101 with Cry1Ab-Ma on the functional diversity of rhizosphere microbial communities.The results demonstrated that there were no significant differences in average color change rate,microbial diversity indices,and carbon source utilization rates between GM maize CM8101 and its near-isogenic non-GM maize Zheng 58.This study provides new evidence for the environmental safety of GM maize CM8101.
