蒙古黄芪内生细菌对果树病原菌的抑制作用初探

Antagonistic Screening of Endophytic Bacteria of Astragalus membranceus against Fruit Pathogen

以中药蒙古黄芪为供试材料,通过对蒙古黄芪根、茎、叶部位内生细菌的分离纯化,利用平板对峙试验,研究黄芪内生细菌对3种果树病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明:从黄芪各组织中共分离出可培养内生细菌12株;12株菌株对葡萄白腐病菌有抑菌作用,已达到100%,而对苹果枝干轮纹病菌和梨黑斑病菌的抑菌作用均为91.7%;对峙培养筛选出4株(J_(1)、J_(2)、G_(2)和Y_(1))对苹果枝干轮纹病菌、梨黑斑病菌和葡萄白腐病菌抑制作用明显的细菌,4菌株之间没有显著的差异性,其中J_(1)对3种病菌菌丝生长的拮抗作用最强,分别为72.87%、59.75%和66.98%。

The endophytic bacteria with antibacterial activity were screened with Astragalus membranceus as test material.Through the separation and purification of endophytic bacteria in roots,stems and leaves,and to examine their suppressive effects on three kinds of pathogenic fungi commonly found in fruit trees by using a pairwise competition experiment.The results showed that,12 strains were isolated from astraglus membranceus.The effective action on C.diplodiella of 12 strains was 100%,while the effection on B.dothidea and A.alternata was 91.7%.Four strains(J_(1),J_(2),G_(2)and Y_(1))were screened from the agtagonism test between endophytic bacteria and B.dothidea,A.alternata,C.diplodiella.The differences between the effects of the four bacterial strains were not significant.Among these,strain J_(1)exhibited the strongest antagonistic effect on the mycelial growth of the three pathogens at 72.87%,59.75%and 66.98%,respectively.
