我国医学生教学满意度分析 被引量:4

Analysis of teaching satisfaction of medical students in China

摘要 目的:调查我国医学院校学生的教学满意度,为教学改革提供有价值的参考。方法:借鉴普通高等学校本科教学审核评估体系编制满意度问卷,调查我国11所医学院校17460名医学生对高校教学工作的总体评价以及各个具体教学工作的评价,并进行一般人口学因素的分析。结果:我国医学生对各项教学工作的满意度有统计学差异(F=805.334,P<0.001),对教师授课的认真程度的满意度最高(4.24),其次是学生对学校教育的总体评价和教师的教学水平(4.19);而对住宿条件、伙食保障(3.37、3.50)等满意度较低。除不同性别医学生外(t=0.148,P=0.882),其他不同地理区域、院校类型、院校层次、年级、专业、是否军校的医学生的满意度均有统计学差异(F/t=331.161,20.118,244.441,17.658,56.472,13.144;P<0.05)。结论:我国医学生对学校教学工作总体满意,尤其是对教师的评价较高;人口学特征变量对医学生满意度均有影响,性别因素除外;理性对待学生满意度测评结果,落实反馈制度。 Objective:To survey teaching satisfaction on students in chinese medical colleges and put valuable reference for teaching reforms.Methods:Using self-made satisfaction questionnaires based on the audit evaluation system of undergraduate teaching,we surveyed 17460 students of 11 chinese medical colleges on the overall evaluation and every concrete job’s evalation of the colleges and analyzed them in the general demographic factors.Results:It showed statistical significance in the satisfactions with teaching jobs of medical students in China(F=805.334,P<0.001),the satisfaction percentage of the serious degree of teachers’teaching was the highest(4.24),followed by the overall evaluation for the college education and teaching levels of teachers(4.19);Still the percentages of accommodation and food sercurity were lower.It showed statistical significance in the satisfactions among different regions,college levels,college sorts,grades,specialities and whether the military(F/t=331.161,20.118,244.441,17.658,56.472,13.144,P<0.05),not between the different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion:The medical studnets in China are generally satisfied with the teaching jobs of colleges,especially with the teachers.Demographic variables all have effects on the satisfaction except the gender factor.We should rationally treat the evaluation results and implement the feedback system.
