摘要 目的:观察社会故事法联合体育运动干预对儿童自闭症干预效果及对患儿生活、情感等方面影响。方法:研究选取2016年1月—2018年9月本市4所特殊教育学校82例自闭症儿童,按照随机数字表分为观察组、对照组各41例,对照组进行体育运动干预,观察组在对照组干预基础上,联合社会故事法干预,连续干预15周后,比较两组干预效果[儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)]、自闭行为[儿童自闭症行为量表(ABC)]及情感[儿童版正负性情感量表(PANAS-C)]。结果:干预后,观察组CARS评分显著低于对照组(t=-2.027,P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(Z=2.21,P<0.05),且观察组总有效率87.80%,显著高于对照组的68.29%(χ~2=4.556,P<0.05);观察组感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言、生活自理各维度得分均显著低于对照组(t=-2.746,-3.970,-4.732,-2.737,-5.343;P<0.05);观察组正性情感评分显著高于对照组(t=3.488,P<0.05)、负性情感评分显著低于对照组(t=-2.463,P<0.05)。结论:社会故事法联合体育运动干预能提高自闭症儿童干预效果,对患儿自闭行为、生活自理、情感等改善均有积极意义。 Objective:To observe the intervention effects of social stories combined with sports intervention on children with autism and its influence on life and emotions of children patients.Methods:A total of 82 children with autism from four special education schools in the city from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was given sports intervention,and observation group was combined with social stories for intervention on the basis of control group.After 15 weeks of continuous intervention,the intervention effects[Children Autism Rating Scale(CARS)],autistic behavior[Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)]and emotions[Positive And Negative Affect Schedule-Children(PANAS-C)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the CARS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=-2.027,P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the efficacy between two groups(Z=2.21,P<0.05),and the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ~2=4.556,P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of feeling,communication,physical movement,language and self-care in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=-2.746,-3.970,-4.732,-2.737,-5.343;P<0.05).The positive emotion score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(t=3.488,P<0.05)while the negative emotion score was significantly lower than that in control group(t=-2.463,P<0.05).Conclusion:Social stories combined with sport intervention can improve the intervention effects of children with autism,and has positive significance in the improvement of autistic behavior,self-care and emotions of children patients.
