维持性血液透析患者自尊水平、心理韧性与自我感受负担的关系

Relationship between self-esteem level,psychological resilience and self-perceived burden in patients with MHD

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者自尊水平、心理韧性与自我感受负担的关系。方法:随机抽取2018年2月-2019年3月于我院血液透析室接受MHD治疗的患者168例。使用一般情况调查表、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、自尊量表(SES)、Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)对患者进行问卷调查,回收后剔除无效者,最终纳入162例患者。结果:162例MHD患者SPBS总分的平均值为(26.51±5.17)分,自我感受负担处于轻度水平,其中经济负担评分为(2.86±1.34)分,身体负担评分为(13.21±3.85)分,情感负担评分为(10.44±3.11)分;SES评分平均值为(25.57±5.10)分;CD-RISC评分平均值为(35.78±9.10);SPBS量表各维度得分及总分与SES评分、CD-RISC评分均呈显著负相关性(r=-0.265,-0.282,-0.294,-0.311,-0.239,-0.246,-0.304,-0.306;P<0.05)。结论:MHD患者普遍存在自我感受负担,其程度与患者自尊水平、心理韧性密切相关。

Objective:To explore the relationship between self-esteem level,psychological resilience and self-perceived burden in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A total of 168 patients who underwent MHD in our hemodialysis room from Feb 2018 to Mar 2019 were randomly selected.Questionnaire survey was performed on patients by using the general information questionnaire,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES)and Connor-Davidson Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).After the recovery,the invalid patients were excluded,and 162 patients were finally included.Results:The mean value of SPBS total score was(26.51±5.17)points among 162 patients with MHD,and the self-perceived burden was at a mild level,and the economic burden score was(2.86±1.34)points,and body burden score was(13.21±3.85)points and emotional burden score was(10.44±3.11)points.The mean value of SES score was(25.57±5.10)points,and the mean value of CD-RISC score was(35.78±9.10)points.The dimensions scores and total score of SPBS scale were significantly negatively correlated with SES score and CD-RISC score(r=-0.265,-0.282,-0.294,-0.311,-0.239,-0.246,-0.304,-0.306;P<0.05).Conclusion:MHD patients generally have a self-perceived burden,and the degree is closely related to self-esteem level and psychological resilience of patients.
