摘要
目的:对国内社会支持与心理健康的关系问题进行探讨,其中包括影响二者关系的研究特征,为提高心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库,运用元分析方法对社会支持与心理健康关系进行分析,其中纳入元分析180篇原始文献,样本总量为79711人。结果:①心理健康与主观支持(r=-0.336,P<0.001)、支持利用度(r=-0.371,P<0.001),之间都呈现为负相关,客观支持与心理健康间存在正相关,其中客观支持与心理健康间所呈现的相关性较小(r=0.195),而主观支持与支持利用度与心理健康之间存在中等程度的相关性,三者与心理健康间的关系均存在统计学意义(P<0.001);②在社会支持与心理健康关系中起调节作用主要是样本类型与报告质量(P<0.05),但是在出版年代效应等方面,其调节效应不显著(P>0.05)。结论:社会支持与心理健康之间的关系密切,且二者之间存在调节效应。
Objective:To discuss the relationship between domestic social support and mental health,including the research characteristics that affect the relationship between the two,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of mental health.Methods:By searching the database of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and Weipu,the relationship between social support and mental health was analyzed by the meta-analysis method,including 180 original literatures of meta-analysis,with a total sample size of 79711 people.Results:①The data showed that mental health and subjective support(r=-0.336,P<0.001)and support utilization(r=-0.371,P<0.001)were negatively correlated,and there was a positive correlation between objective support and mental health,with less correlation between objective support and mental health(r=0.195,P<0.001).There was a moderate correlation between subjective support and support utilization and mental health,and there was a statistically significant relationship between the three and mental health(P<0.001).②The main role in regulating social support and mental health relations was the sample type and reportquality(P<0.05).However,the regulatory effect was not significant in the publishing age effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The relationship between social support and mental health is close,and there is a regulatory effect between the two.
