大学生依恋回避与习得性无助感:多重中介效应 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究大学生依恋回避、领悟社会支持、心理弹性与习得性无助感之间的关系。方法:使用亲密关系经历量表、领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表、习得性无助感量表对495名在校本科生与研究生进行问卷调查。结果:①相关分析显示,依恋回避与习得性无助感呈显著正相关(r=0.262,P<0.01),与领悟社会支持、心理弹性均呈现显著负相关(r=-0.312,-0.234;P<0.01);领悟社会支持、心理弹性与习得性无助感呈显著负相关(r=-0.221,-0.230;P<0.01);领悟社会支持与心理弹性之间呈现显著正相关(r=0.589,P<0.01);②结构方程模型表明,依恋回避不仅可以直接影响大学生的习得性无助感,还可以通过领悟社会支持和心理弹性的中介作用间接影响习得性无助感,其中中介效应占总效应的23.41%。结论:大学生习得性无助感会受到依恋回避的直接影响,也会受到领悟社会支持、心理弹性链式中介的间接影响。 Objective:To explore the relationship between attachment avoidance,perceived social support,psychological resilience and learned helplessness of college students.Methods:A total of 495 undergraduates and graduate students were investigated with Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory,Perceived Social Support Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience scale and Learned Helplessness Scale.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that,attachment avoidance was positively related to learned helplessness(r=0.262,P<0.01)and negatively related to perceived social support(r=-0.312,P<0.01)and psychological resilience(r=-0.234,P<0.01).Learned helplessness was negatively related to perceived social support(r=-0.221,P<0.01)and psychological resilience(r=-0.23,P<0.01).Perceived social support was positively related to psychological resilience(r=0.589,P<0.01).②The structural equation model showed that,attachment avoidance can not only directly affect the learned helplessness of college students,but also indirectly affect the learned helplessness by the intermediary role of perceived social support and psychological resilience,which accounted for 23.41%of the total effect.Conclusion:College students’learned helplessness will be directly affected by attachment avoidance,but also indirectly affected by perceived social support and psychological resilience mediating chain.
