东北地区服务业创新绩效的影响因素研究 被引量:2

Research on Influencing Factors of Service Industry Innovation Performance in Northeast China

摘要 东北地区工业基础比较雄厚,但服务业整体发展水平不高,存在绩效偏低、创新水平较弱等问题。本文基于2020年辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省的服务业企业调研数据,对东北地区服务业的顾客导向、IT能力和环境不确定性等相关特征与创新绩效之间的关系进行回归分析。结果表明:顾客导向、IT能力、环境的不确定性是对服务业创新绩效产生显著影响的因素,顾客导向通过IT能力间接对创新绩效产生影响,环境不确定性在IT能力对创新绩效的影响作用中发挥正向调节作用。提升东北地区服务业创新绩效,应增强企业网络关系的密切程度及IT资源的异质性;形成开放式的关系管理模式并获取多种服务创新要素;着重培养信息技术获取和吸收的能力;积极面对环境的不确定性,形成企业内生的服务创新能力。 Although the Northeast region has a relatively strong industrial base,its overall level of economic development is at a backward level across the country.In particular,the service industry has low performance and weak innovation.Based on the survey data of service companies in Liaoning,Jilin,and Heilongjiang provinces in 2020,this research conducted regression analysis and explanations on the relationship between customer orientation,IT capabilities,and environmental uncertainty of the service industry in the Northeast region and service innovation performance.The results show that customer orientation,IT capabilities,and environmental uncertainty are the micro-factors that have the most significant impact on service innovation performance in the service industry;customer orientation indirectly affects service innovation performance through IT capabilities;environmental uncertainty lies in the impact of IT capabilities on service innovation.The influence of innovation performance plays a positive regulatory role.To improve the innovation performance of the service industry in Northeast China,it is necessary to strengthen the closeness of corporate network relationships and the heterogeneity of IT resources;form an open relationship management model and obtain a variety of service innovation elements;focus on cultivating the ability to acquire and absorb information technology;and actively face the uncertainty of the environment and form the endogenous service innovation capabilities of the enterprise.
