党的十九届五中全会指出要扎实推动共同富裕。新时代研究扎实推动共同富裕问题,对于"十四五"开好局、起好步具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。扎实推动共同富裕既继承了马克思主义经典作家的共同富裕理论,又体现了中华民族千百年来孜孜以求的目标,也反映出我国进入新发展阶段的必然要求。在新发展阶段扎实推动共同富裕,必须要有扎实的实现路径,切实解决人民反映的突出问题,不断满足人民迫切的现实需要。要着力保障稳定脱贫,建立相对贫困治理长效机制;强化就业优先政策,多层次、多渠道促进就业;构建高质量教育体系,促进教育高质量均衡发展;健全社会保障体系,不断提升保障水平和能力;坚持基本分配制度,不断提升人民的收入水平;推进健康中国建设,加强医疗卫生发展环境建设。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must firmly promote common prosperity.In the new era,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance for a good start in the"14 th Five-Year Plan"to study and promote the issue of common prosperity.Promoting common prosperity in a down-to-earth way not only inherits the common prosperity theory of the classic Marxist writers,but also reflects the goal of the Chinese nation for thousands of years and reflects the inevitable requirement of China to enter a new stage of development.In the new stage of development,to promote common prosperity,there must be a solid path to achieve,to effectively solve the outstanding problems reported by the people,and to continuously meet the people’s urgent practical needs.We must focus on solving the problem of stable poverty alleviation and establish a long-term mechanism for relative poverty governance;strengthen the employment priority policy,promote employment at multiple levels and channels;building a high-quality education system to promote high-quality and balanced development of education.It is also necessary to improve the social security system and continuously improve the level of security and capabilities;adhere to the basic distribution system and continuously increase the income level of the people;promote the construction of a"healthy China"and strengthen the construction of medical and sanitary environments.
