数字经济是我国经济持续发展的强劲动力,其中数字创意产业是数字经济领域发展时间最长且非常活跃的领域之一。近年来,数字创意产业的总体市场规模逐年攀升,在良好的政策环境下,龙头企业已形成较强竞争力和就业吸纳能力,并呈现出集群发展特征。"十四五"时期,数字创意产业的新技术应用与新商业模式将进一步涌现,形成新的消费热点;数字创意产业规模和质量双重跃升,形成新的发展格局;数字创意产业将由浅层融合向深度融合发展;数字经济的生态将进一步完善。为促进我国数字创意产业的持续快速有序发展,不仅要从宏观方面加强数字治理的规范化、确保数字创意产业的引领性、推动数字创意产业的全球化及继续深化"放管服"改革,还要在微观层面持续推进创新驱动,形成大中小企业协同的梯次发展格局,积极建设数字生态。

The digital economy is a strong driving force for the sustained development of China’s economy,and the digital creative industry is one of the longest-developing and very active fields in the digital economy.In recent years,the overall market size of the digital creative industry has been increasing year by year.Under a good policy environment,leading companies have formed strong competitiveness and employment absorption capabilities and have shown the characteristics of cluster development.During the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period,new technology applications and new business models in the digital creative industry will emerge further,forming new consumption hotspots;the scale and quality of the digital creative industry will double,forming a new development pattern;the digital creative industry will develop from shallow integration to deep integration;and the ecology of the digital economy will be further improved.In order to promote the sustained,rapid and orderly development of China’s digital creative industry,it is not only necessary to strengthen the standardization of digital governance from a macro perspective,ensure the leading role of the digital creative industry,promote the globalization of the digital creative industry,and continue to deepen the reform of"delegation,regulation and service",but also to continuously promote innovation-driven at the micro level,form a coordinated echelon development pattern of large and small enterprises,and actively build a digital ecosystem.
