形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,不仅与当前国际国内经济政治形势的重大变化有密切关系,也是中国共产党全面总结改革开放经验,正确把握和运用经济发展的客观规律,引导中国经济长远高质量发展的重大决策。对此,需要明确我国经济发展方向,完善社会主义公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度;正确理解和把握"两个毫不动摇",切实保证公有制为主体;做强做优做大国有企业,改善国有企业的管理体制,增强国有经济的影响力、控制力;做好组织工作,通过各种形式扩大农村集体所有制,振兴农村经济。同时,中国特色社会主义政治经济学可从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念和以国内大循环为主体的双循环新发展格局得到启示,进而构建完整的学科体系。
