Development and Enlightenment of Foreign Military Officers’ Professionalization

党的十九大报告指出,要深化军官职业化制度改革,完善和发展中国特色社会主义军事制度。外国军官职业化经过多年建设,根据各自的国情和军情,形成了各自的特点和规律。因此,选取三个最具代表性的国家进行分析,研究其发展经验,为我军推进中国特色军官职业化建设提供有益借鉴。

the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to deepen the reform of the system of professionalization of officers and improve and develop the socialist military system with Chinese characteristics.After years of professionalization,foreign officers have formed their own characteristics and laws according to their respective national conditions and military conditions.Therefore,select the three most representative countries to analyze,study its development experience,and provide useful reference for our army to promote the professional construction of officers with Chinese characteristics.
