西部地区南北经济分化的演化过程、成因与影响因素

The Evolution, Causes and Influencing Factors of South-North Differentiation Within the Western China

西部地区内部的经济分化呈现出逐渐扩大的趋势,西部大开发政策需要提高精准度。本文利用统计数据分析了西部地区内部南北经济分化的形成,从空间、产业和增长动力三方面剖析了西部地区南北经济分化形成的一般原因,并运用夏普利回归方程分解法对西部地区南北经济分化的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,西部地区南北经济分化起始点为2010年,西北地区增长极的发育相对不充分、产业结构过于趋同以及增长动力相对不足导致了西部的南北经济分化格局。夏普利分解的结果显示,消费对于西部地区南北经济分化的贡献率最高。基于上述发现,促进西部地区协调发展的措施应聚焦于提振内需、产业结构优化、增长极培育、统筹产业规划和经济合作等方面。

The expanding economic differentiation within the western China puts forward higher requirements for the precise implementation of the western development.We first analyzed the economic differentiation between the north-west China and the south-west China by using the related data,then we analyzed the general reasons for the formation of the North-South economic differentiation in the western region from three aspects:space,industry and growth momentum.Next we decomposes the economic differentiation in the western region by using the decomposition method of Shapley regression equation.It is found that the start point of south-north differentiation is year 2010.The relative underdevelopment of the growth pole,the excessive convergence of industrial structure and the relative lack of growth momentum in the north-west region led to the south-north differentiation in the western region.The results of Shapley decomposition show that consumption has the highest contribution rate to the south-north differentiation.Based on the above findings,we should focus on the promotion of domestic demand,the optimization of industrial structure,the cultivation of growth poles,the overall planning of industries and the economic cooperation to promote the coordinate development of western area.
