以人民为中心,实现共同富裕,是中国共产党成立以来矢志不渝的神圣使命和奋斗目标。我们要追求的共同富裕是以人民为中心、消除两极分化和贫穷基础上的全体人民的普遍富裕;是以经济为基础,包括政治民主、文化繁荣、社会和谐、生态文明在内的不断满足人民对美好生活需要,人人都全面发展的共同富裕。共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,实现共同富裕不仅是经济问题,而且是关系党的执政基础的重大政治问题。实现共同富裕是一个动态的、分阶段、先局部后全部、不断实现的过程。其实现的程度,一是取决于生产力发展水平,二是取决于经济社会制度。没有生产力发展,就根本谈不到富裕,没有好的经济制度和社会制度,即使富裕也是少数人的富裕而难以实现全体人民的共同富裕。中国共产党成立百年,带领中国人民在共同富裕的道路上迈着坚实的步伐,取得了巨大成就,前进中出现的收入差距、城乡差距、地区差距拉大问题,是发展中的问题,发展中的问题要靠改革发展去解决。在新时代、新阶段全面建设社会主义现代化国家,实现共同富裕的过程中,要大力发展生产力,全面深化改革,完善中国特色社会主义制度,加强党的领导,贯彻新发展理念。更高水平的共同富裕目标一定能实现。

Taking the people as the center and realizing common prosperity has always been the unswerving sacred mission and goal of the Communist Party of China since its founding.The common prosperity we want to pursue is the general prosperity of all people on the basis of taking the people as the center and eliminating polarization and poverty;It is a common prosperity based on economy,including political democracy,cultural prosperity,social harmony and ecological civilization,which constantly meets people’s needs for a better life and everyone develops in an all-round way.Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and realizing common prosperity is not only an economic issue,but also a major political issue related to the ruling foundation of the Party.The realization of common prosperity is a dynamic,phased,partial then complete,continuous implementation process.The degree of its realization depends on the level of productivity development and the economic and social system.Without the development of productive forces,there can be no wealth at all.And without good economic and social systems,prosperity is just for a few people even if it is rich,and it is difficult to realize the common prosperity of all people.Over the 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the CPC has led the Chinese people to make solid strides on the road of common prosperity and made great achievements.The problems of income gap,urban-rural gap and widening regional gap in the process of advancement are developing problems,which should be solved by reform and development.In the process of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing common prosperity in the new era and new stage,we should vigorously develop productive forces,comprehensively deepen reforms,improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,strengthen the leadership of the party,and implement the new development concept.The goal of common prosperity at a higher level will certainly be achieved.
