我国贸易质量演进及其现状评价

Quality Evolution and Comprehensive Assessment of China’s Trade

贸易质量是一个不断发展的、动态变化的概念。通过对新中国成立以来不同时期贸易质量的内涵进行总结,在此基础上结合新时代高质量发展的"五大发展理念",从创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五个方面选取26项评价指标,构建贸易高质量发展的综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法量化分析了2001—2018年我国贸易高质量发展的特征。分析结果表明:入世以来,我国贸易质量波动中呈上升趋势。开放贸易指标与协调贸易指标对我国高质量发展的带动作用不足,并且发现服务贸易及进口等方面是贸易高质量发展的短板。最后针对我国贸易高质量发展存在的问题,提出相应的政策建议。

The quality of trade development is a dynamic concept.This paper summarizes the connotation of of the trade quality in different periods since the founding of China.On the basis combines the"five development concepts"of high-quality development in the new era,29 evaluation indicators are selected from the aspects of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.And then using the evaluation indicators establishes a comprehensive rating index system for high-quality development of trade.The entropy method is used to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of high-quality trade development in China from 2001 to 2018.The result shows that the fluctuation of trade quality has been on the rise since China’s entry into WTO.Opening Trade Index and Coordinating Trade Index are not enough to promote the high-quality development of our country,and it is found that service trade and import are the short board of high-quality development of trade.This paper further illustrates the questions in view of our country trade high quality and finally puts forward some suggestions in view of the existing problems.
