财政科技资助、知识资本禀赋与区域创新绩效

Financial Science and Technology Funding,Knowledge Capital Endowment and Regional Innovation Performance

本文通过构建内生创新模型,分析不同知识资本禀赋下,财政科技资助对区域创新绩效的影响效果,以及知识资本禀赋与区域创新绩效的空间关联性。进一步地,本文以长三角区域41个地级市构造面板数据,利用面板门槛模型、Moran’s I指数、空间计量模型进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)当区域知识资本存量超过对应门槛值后,财政科技资助对本地创新绩效的促进效用有所降低;(2)空间临近的区域间具有相似的知识资本禀赋,且知识资本禀赋相近的区域具备相似的创新产出能力;(3)地方财政科技资助能够发挥空间溢出效应,对临近区域创新绩效产生显著积极作用。

The results of endogenous innovation model deduction show that the effect of financial science and technology funding on regional innovation performance is different under different knowledge capital endowment.And There is a spatial correlation between knowledge capital endowment and regional innovation performance.Based on the panel data of 41 prefecture level cities in the Yangtze River Delta region,the panel threshold model,Moran’s I index and spatial econometric model are used for empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)when the regional knowledge capital stock exceeds the corresponding threshold value,the promotion effect of financial science and technology subsidies on local innovation performance decreases.(2)The regions adjacent to the space have similar knowledge capital endowment,and the regions with similar knowledge capital endowment have similar innovation output capacity.(3)Local financial science and technology funding can play a spatial spillover effect,and it has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of adjacent regions.
