中国产业转型升级的空间分异与影响机制研究 被引量:3

Research on Spatial Difference and Influencing Mechanism of China’s Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

摘要 通过改进技术复杂度的测算方法,基于行业比较优势和发展质量两个维度,构建了区域产业及细分行业转型升级效果的测度体系,对中国省域产业转型升级效果进行了区域差异分析;在此基础上,从细分行业视角探讨了技术效率对产业转型升级效果的非线性作用机理。研究结果表明,总体上中国产业转型升级效果在区域和行业两个维度上均表现出明显的差异性,呈现出"东高西低"的地区特征;在细分行业方面,居民服务和其他服务业转型升级效果增幅最高、计算机服务和软件业增幅最低,且各省域行业比较优势差异显著;技术效率对产业转型升级效果的影响呈现出"由负到正"、"由弱到强"的单门槛非线性特征。 By improving the measurement method of technological complexity,the measurement system of transformation and upgrading effect of regional industries and subdivided industries is established,based on the two dimensions of industry comparative advantage and economic quality,and the regional difference of the provincial industrial transformation and upgrading in China is analyzed.On this basis,the nonlinear mechanism of technical efficiency on the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading is discussed from the perspective of different industries.The results show that,on the whole,the effects of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading show significant differences in both regional and industrial dimensions,showing the regional characteristics of"high in the east,low in the west".In terms of industry segmentation,it presents the characteristics of the highest growth rate of resident service and other service industries,and the lowest growth rate of computer service and software industries.The effect of technical efficien-cy on industrial transformation and upgrading shows a single threshold nonlinear characteristic of"from negative to positive"and"from weak to strong".
