珠江流域四省区产业集群分析

Cluster Analysis of Four Provinces in the Pearl River Basin

本文所研究的珠江流域界定为珠江水系主流西江流经的大部分区域:云南(滇)、贵州(黔)、广西(桂)、广东(粤)四省区。珠江流域是我国经济最活跃的区域之一,流域内各省区各产业部门间是否存在密切的关联关系或是集群现象?这种产业集群如何识别,在不同年份间又如何转变?本文基于三个年份四省区投入产出表,以及四省区区域间投入产出表分析了产业集群问题,结果表明:广西和云南产业结构单一,以能源、金属为优势产业,贵州产业布局分散,广东产业集中度高,集群发展模式较好,其制造业在整个流域内具有主导地位,联结着诸多重要集群,并极大地推动了集群的发展。

The Pearl River Basin studied in this paper refers to most of the areas where the mainstream of the Pearl River system flows through the Xijiang River:Yunnan(Dian),Guizhou(Qian),Guangxi(Gui),Guangdong(Yue).The Pearl River Basin is one of the most active regions in the Chinese economy.Is there a close relationship or cluster phenomenon between the various industrials in each province in the basin?How to identify this industrial cluster and how to change it in different years?The industrial cluster problem was analyzed based on the input-output tables of the four provinces and the inter-regional input-output table in three different years.The results show that Guangxi and Yunnan have a single industrial structure with energy and metal as the dominant industries.Guizhou’s industrial layout is scattered.Guangdong has a high degree of industrial concentration and a good cluster development model.Its manufacturing industry has a dominant position in the basin,linking many important clusters and greatly promoting the development of the cluster.
