摘要
组织惯例在组织成员的作业中形成,是组织非常重要的一部分。通过对相关文献的梳理,对组织惯例的定义、关键特征、发展脉络以及构成等内容进行归纳和总结,对影响组织惯例的内部因素与外部因素,以及惯例对组织的影响进行探讨。根据目前的研究进展和不足,对组织惯例未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Organizational routines are constantly formed in the work of organizational members,which has become a very important part of the organization.Through combing the relevant literature,this paper further understands the definition,key features,development context and composition of organizational practices,which also studies the internal and external factors that affect organizational routines and the influence of routines on organizations.Finally,this paper looks forward to the future research direction of organizational routines.
