高新技术企业创业风险识别及其规避

Identification and Avoidance of Venture Risk in High-Tech Enterprises

高新技术创业企业正在成为中国高质量发展的新动能,但是这类企业却面临着较高的风险。本文基于高新技术企业的特征,结合企业生命周期对高新技术企业的风险进行分析,研究该类企业的主要风险及其主要来源,以及风险识别问题,并从创业团队管理、组织内外沟通、人力资源管理、组织结构构建、技术开发、财务管理、市场管理和企业文化等方面探讨高新技术创业企业风险规避的具体策略。

High-tech start-ups are becoming a new driving force for high-quality development in China,but such start-ups face relatively high risks.Based on the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the risks of high-tech enterprises in combination with different stages of the enterprise life cycle,studies the main risks and their main sources of this kind of new enterprises,and how to identify risks.From the aspects of entrepreneurial team management,internal and external communication,human resource management,organizational structure construction,technology development,financial management,market management and corporate culture,this paper probes into the concrete strategies of risk aversion of high-tech start-ups.
