组织中性别配额制度研究进展——基于70篇重点期刊英文文献的分析

摘要 本文从性别配额制度的驱动因素和产生影响两个方面,对1998—2022年关于组织中性别配额制度的70篇重点期刊英文文献进行整理与分析。研究结果表明,影响配额制度实施的因素主要包括政治因素、制度因素和市场因素;配额制度对国家制度环境、平权文化和国际声誉,对企业组织,对女性群体职业和生活都产生了较大影响。本文通过梳理配额制度的研究现状,为进一步开展配额制度研究奠定一定基础,并为组织实践提供参考。 This paper collates and analyzes 70 English papers of key journals on the gender quota system from 1998 to 2022 from the aspects of driving factors and impacts.The findings show that the factors affecting the implementation of the quota system include political,institutional,and market factors.Furthermore,the quota system has a significant impact on the national institutional environment,affirmative culture,and international reputation,as well as on business organizations,and women’s careers and lives.By sorting out the present research on quota systems,this paper lays some foundation for the research on the quota system,and provides experience and references for the formulation and implementation of relevant systems.
