积极心理与行为规范养成

摘要 良好行为规范的养成是小学教育的重要任务,是学生品德形成的重要因素,更是促进学生能力发展的生长点。儿童行为规范教育的核心问题是学生对行为规范的理解、认同和接受,以及对行为规范要求的体验、内化、自律和示范。我校从积极心理学的视角提出了教育改进原则,使行为规范养成与积极心理之间建立密切联系,开展了优化学校行规教育的实践,更好地支持学生良好行规的养成。
