2023年上半年山东省外贸企业运行分析

Analysis of the Operation Situation of Foreign Trade Enterprises in Shandong Province in the First Half of 2023

稳外贸是当前稳增长面临的重要任务。通过对山东省2580家外贸企业的问卷调查发现,外贸企业的融资需求比非外贸企业更加强烈,且对银行贷款的依赖更强;2023年上半年,外贸企业整体景气度不高,但优于平均水平;外贸企业整体信心指数较高,但外商投资外贸企业对未来发展信心较弱;外贸企业政策落地情况整体较好,但民营企业和外资企业政策获得感明显低于国有企业,小微企业政策获得感明显低于大中型企业。鉴于此,山东应综合施策千方百计稳外贸,特别是加大对民营外贸企业支持力度,增强外资进出口企业发展信心,拓宽中小微外贸企业融资渠道,着力解决外贸企业用工难问题,同时加强对重点地区外贸发展的跟踪监测。

Stabilizing foreign trade is an important task we face to stabilize growth.Through the questionnaire survey of 2580 foreign trade enterprises in ShandongProvince,it is found that the financing demand of foreign trade enterprises is stronger than other enterprises,and the dependence on bank loans is stronger.In the first half of 2023,the overall prosperity of foreign trade enterprises is not high,but better than the average level;the overall confidence index of foreign trade enterprises is high,but foreign-invested trade enterprises have weak confidence in future development;the policy implementation of foreign trade enterprises is generally good,but private and foreign-invested enterprises have a significantly lower sense of policy acquisition than state-owned enterprises,and small and micro enterprises have a significantly lower sense of policy acquisition than large and medium-sized enterprises.In view of this,Shandong Province should take comprehensive measures to stabilize foreign trade,especially strengthen support for private enterprises,focus on enhancing the confidence of foreigninvested enterprises,broaden the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises,solve the problem of difficult employment,and strengthen the tracking and monitoring of foreign trade development in key areas.
