广东省城市创新发展水平及其网络结构演化 被引量:17

Urban Innovation Development Level and Network Structure Evolution in Guangdong Province

摘要 创新是知识经济时代区域与城市发展的重要驱动力,合理、协调的创新网络结构可以在一定程度上提升区域创新发展质量。基于广东省域,珠三角、粤东、粤西、粤北四大地区,以及地级市等不同尺度,运用多指标综合评价、重心分析、空间相互作用模型、社会网络分析等方法,结合增长率、基尼系数等定量指标,对2000—2018年广东省城市创新发展水平、城市创新联系强度、网络结构及其演化特征进行实证研究,结果表明:(1)广东省域城市创新发展水平的涓滴效应存在空间近邻效应,省域内城市创新发展水平在空间上呈现"双核心"结构;(2)省域尺度下的城市创新发展水平呈现异质性,非均衡发展特征不断固化,表现出"强者恒强,弱者恒弱"的马太效应;(3)省域内城市创新联系轴线多等级结构突出,珠三角地区逐步演变为全省创新联系网络的核心地区;(4)省域城市创新网络呈现明显的"圈层式"结构,创新网络致密性持续增强。 In the era of knowledge economy,innovation becomes an important driving force for regional and urban development,reasonable and coordinated innovation network structure can improve the quality and efficiency of regional innovation development to a certain level.Based on the multiple perspectives of the whole province,the four major regions and prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province,this research takes empirical research on the level of urban innovation development,the intensity of urban innovation connections,the network structure and its evolution characteristics in Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2018,and adopts the methods of multi-index comprehensive evaluation,gravity center analysis,spatial interaction model and social network analysis,Gini coefficient and so on.The results show that:Firstly,the trickle-down effect of urban innovation development level in Guangdong province shows a spatial proximity effect,and the level of urban innovation development in this province presents the spatial characteristic of"dual core"structure.Secondly,the level of urban innovation development at the provincial scale presents heterogeneous characteristics,and the characteristics of unbalanced development continue to be solidified,which is known as the Matthew effect.Thirdly,the axes of urban innovation connections in Guangdong Province has multi-level structure,and the Pearl River Delta has gradually evolved into the core area of innovation network in Guangdong Province.Finally,the provincial urban innovation network turns into the form of circle structure,and the density of the innovation network continues to increase.
