长江经济带城际生产性服务业网络联系的边界效应及多维机制

Boundary Effect and Multi-Dimensional Mechanism of Inter-City Producer Services Network in Yangtze River Economic Belt

推动城市经济互动是长江经济带高质量发展的具体要求之一。基于网络构建、模块度估计、变异系数(CV)等方法,利用生产性服务业的总部分支企业数据识别长江经济带边界效应的空间特征,继而从多维边界效应、城市发展水平两大层面,构建影响长江经济带城市网络联系的多维机制定量分析框架,运用指数随机图模型(ERGM)进行实证。研究发现:(1)基于生产性服务业的城际联系依然存在顽固的边界效应,且在不同行业表现不同。(2)城市网络的分割发展特征是多维边界与城市发展水平综合作用下的结果。行政、政策、自然和文化等边界在其中发挥着强弱不等的阻碍作用。城市发展水平是与边界效应相抗衡的推动力。(3)不同服务业的影响机制存在一定的异质性。

Promoting the development of intercity economic network is one of the specific requirements to achieve the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB).Based on the methods of network construction,modular estimation and coefficient of variation(CV),this paper recognizes the spatial characteristics of the boundary effect of the YREB using the data of the headquarters branch of producer services from the perspectives of multidimensional boundary effect and urban development level,it constructs the quantitative analysis framework of multidimensional mechanism of producer services network in the YREB and carries on empirical analysis by the means of the exponential random graph model(ERGM).The results are as follows:1)Based on producer services,intercity connection still has stubborn administrative boundary effect and presents differently in different industries.2)The characteristics of segmentation of urban network are the result of multidimensional boundary barriers and urban development level.Administrative,policy,natural and cultural boundaries play different degree of hindrance,urban development level is the driving force against the boundary effect.When the external resistance of urban network development is greater than the internal power,the boundary effect occurs.3)In different types of industries,it exists difference in the intensity of boundary effects and the inner power of urban development.It is vital to respect the heterogeneity of the industry and conduct orderly integration guidance.
