中国城市创新地理研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of the Urban Innovation Geography of China

城市创新地理主要研究城市创新的发生以及发展的机制与空间规律。近年来,中国城市创新地理研究取得多方面的进展:(1)在西方创业城市化、高科技城市化等概念基础上,对中国城市创新空间的产生与发展进行分析,提出了对城市现代发展与景观更具解释力的基于创新的城市化(innovation-based urbanization)等概念;(2)研究中国城市创新生态的空间规律,对不同尺度的城市创新空间如高新技术园区、创新城区等的创新生态以及中国城市创新生态独特性进行分析;(3)对传统中国城市空间结构在新知识经济时代的空间重构进行分析,发现并证实中央智力区、创新城区已在中国城市中出现,并指出"创新流"对城市空间可能产生的影响;(4)揭示中国城市创新体系的时空规律及影响因素,分析中国城市创新的联系特征;(5)结合知识经济时代城市创新创意职能,对中国城市创新职能特征和规律进行研究。然而,当今世界复杂多变,且中国各城市创新处于不同发展阶段,中国城市创新地理仍面临许多问题需要研究,如城市创新形成的机理、城市创新创业的个性特征、中央智力区的形成机制、城市创新联系与职能的研究方法等。因此,未来中国城市创新地理亟需探索多尺度的中国城市创新机理和中国城市创新生态的理论及独特性;进一步研究知识经济下城市创新空间结构及重构规律;城市创新创意职能理论及与城市规划关系,以及中国城市创新地理的研究方法和理论基础等,以建立完善的中国城市创新地理理论体系,推动中国城市创新地理学的建立与发展。

Urban innovation geography mainly studies the mechanism and spatial laws of the occurrence and development of urban innovation.In recent years,China’s urban innovation geography research has made many progresses:1)On the basis of western entrepreneurial urbanization,high-tech urbanization and other concepts,scholars have examined the generation and development of China’s urban innovation space and put forward some new concept such as innovation-based urbanization;2)The spatial laws of China’s urban innovation ecology are studied,scholars analyze urban innovation spaces of different scales,such as high-tech parks and the innovation ecology of China’s innovative urban districts,and the uniqueness of government-led innovation in Chinese urban innovation ecology;3)Based on the spatial reconstruction of traditional Chinese urban space structures in the new knowledge economy,it’s confirmed that it has the central intelligence districts(CID)and the innovation districts(ID)and reveals the possible impact of"innovation flow"on urban space;4)papers reveal the spatial and temporal laws and influencing factors of China’s urban innovation system,and analyzes the characteristics of the innovation links of Chinese cities;5)Combining with the urban new innovative and creative functions in the era of knowledge economy,scholars examine the characteristics of innovative functions in Chinese cities.However,facing today’s complex and volatile world and Chinese cities in different stages of development,China still has a number of unsolved questions in the innovation geography,such as formation of Chinese urban innovation,innovative character disposition of Chinese cities,mechanism of CID and ID,and the methods of urban innovation links and urban function.Therefore,in the future,it is urgent to explore the research of multi-scale Chinese urban innovation mechanism and the theory and uniqueness of Chinese urban innovation ecology,and further study the urban innovation spatial structure and restructuring laws,the theory of urban innovation and creative functions,and the relationship with urban planning in the knowledge economy.Strengthening the research methods and theoretical basis of Chinese urban innovative geography is conducive to establishing a sound theoretical system of Chinese urban innovative geography and promoting the development of Chinese urban innovative geography theory.
