乡村振兴背景下我国乡村中产化的实施路径探讨

Exploration of Implementation Path to Rural Middle Classisation Under the Context of Chinese Rural Revitalisation

在批判性地分析"乡村绅士化"的基础上,文章根据我国土地制度和相关政策,探索一条可以规避西方国家"乡村绅士化"所导致的负面影响,推动具有中国特色"乡村中产化"的路径,并从"消费侧理论"和"生产侧理论"的角度论证"乡村中产化"对我国的乡村振兴的积极意义和作用。提出通过吸引城市中、高收入阶层到乡村置业、创业,促进乡村经济发展,并传承本土文化和历史,以及保护生态环境,实现"乡村中产化"。随着乡村生活质量的提升、乡村居民收入和教育水平的提高,我国中产阶层将进一步扩大。乡村中产化是改变乡村即贫困的固有印象,解决乡村振兴所面临的问题的途径。

The countryside is a key area for promoting the economic development,the well-being of the people,and the long-term stability of the country.The implementing strategy of rural revitalization has been a major decision of the government.However,there is a significant shortage of talents,technology and available investment in rural area to promote its development and revitalization.It is obvious that attracting talents is crucial since talents can bring both investments and technologies.After a critical analysis of"rural gentrification"in the western countries,this research explores a way to avoid the negative effects of"rural gentrification"by a proposal of"the middle class in rural areas"with Chinese characteristics in line with land ownership systems and policies.The research demonstrates the positive outcomes and effects of"rural middle class"in the process of rural revitalization from the perspective of"consumptionside theory"and"production-side theory".The research proposes that by attracting urban middle-and high-income groups to the countryside to buy houses and initiate businesses,it is possible to promote rural economic development,inherit local culture and history,and protect the ecological environment,and finally achieve the target of general"rural middle-income class"for all.With the increase of rural villagers’income and education level,and the improvement of rural living quality.The mid-income classes in China will be further expanded.It is the argument of the authors that rural mid-classisation is a way to change the impression of poverty in the countryside and solve the challenges of rural revitalization.
