基于水介质的煤尘抑制技术应用

摘要 长期接触煤尘会导致各种肺部疾病如尘肺病(CWP),威胁地下矿井矿工的健康。溶液喷淋和煤层注水是广泛应用于降低地下开采煤尘浓度的有效方法。综述了基于水介质的煤尘控制技术,并分析了水介质的粉尘控制技术效果的影响因素。同时,讨论了基于水介质的煤尘抑制技术的挑战和未来研究方向,除提高溶液润湿性外,建议研究粉尘颗粒与液滴之间的凝固机理。此外,应进一步研究喷淋场的形成方法和产尘区附近液滴的空间分布,对提高除尘喷雾的液滴数密度具有重要意义。 Long term exposure to coal dust will lead to various lung diseases,such as pneumoconiosis(CWP),threatening the health of underground miners.Solution spraying and coal seam water injection are widely used to reduce the concentration of coal dust in underground mining.Coal dust control technology based on water medium was reviewed.The influencing factors of the dust control technology effect of water medium were analyzed.At the same time,the challenges and future research directions were discussed.In addition to improving the wettability of solution,it is suggested to study the solidification mechanism between dust particles and droplets.In addition,the formation method of spray field and the spatial distribution of droplets near the dust producing area should be further studied,which is of great significance for improving the droplet number density of dust removal spray.
