目前由于乌兰木伦矿地质条件恶化,原煤煤质显著变差,导致现阶段乌兰木伦选煤厂生产组织面临困难。为寻求更能适应现阶段生产方式和方法,进行了一系列商品煤提质的探索和研究。以商品煤降灰和降水两大方面入手,对现有工艺流程进行工艺优化,探索更优生产方式,使选煤厂利益最大化,实现提质增效。
