摘要
以焦化厂工业焦炉炼焦过程中积累的配合煤质量指标、焦炭质量指标以及炼焦过程中的结焦时间等生产工艺参数数据,构建了分析数据集,采用极限梯度增强树等智能分析算法对数据进行分析,并结合成焦机理进行说明,找出了影响焦炭质量的相关因素,为焦化厂炼焦生产,提高焦炭质量提供了指导。
Based on the production process parameter data such as coal quality index,coke quality index and coking time accumulated in the coking process of industrial coke oven in coking plant,this paper constructed the analysis data set,analyzed the data by using intelligent analysis algorithms such as Extreme Gradient Boosting Trees,and explained the coking mechanism.The relevant factors affecting coke quality were found out,which provided guidance for coking production and improving coke quality in coking plant.
