石圪台选煤厂煤泥处理中板框压滤机效率优化 被引量:1

摘要 随着采煤、选煤机械化程度的提高,煤泥量大幅增加,相应细粒级选煤产品产量也大幅度增加。细煤泥含量升高增加了煤泥水处理及煤泥脱水回收、固液分离处理难度。通过分析石圪台选煤厂板框压滤机存在的问题,发现细煤泥水分高、处理能力低及细煤泥量大是选煤厂的主要问题,分别从工作参数和入料性质方面,提出石圪台选煤厂板框压滤机效率提升策略,最后对石圪台选煤厂板框压滤机效果进行评估。实践证明:板框压滤机处理量由20.0 t/h提高到24.2 t/h,产品平均水分由33.78%降到30.46%。预计每年可节约药剂成本约6万元,节约介质费用24万元,预计年增收200万元。 With the increase of the mechanization degree of coal mining and coal preparation,the amount of slime increases greatly,and the output of fine coal preparation products also increases greatly.The increase of fine coal slime content makes it difficult to treat coal slime water,to recover coal slime from dehydration and to realize solid-liquid separation.The problems of plate and frame filter press in Shigetai coal preparation plant was analyzed.It is found that high moisture content of fine coal slime,low treatment capacity and large amount of fine coal slime are the main problems in Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant,then from the aspects of working parameters and feeding properties.The strategy of improving the efficiency of plate-frame press filter in Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant was put forward.The practice shows that the hourly capacity of plate and frame filter press is increased from 20.0 t/h to 24.2 t/h,and the average moisture content of product is decreased from 33.78%to 30.46%.It is expected to save about 60000 yuan per year in pharmaceutical costs and 240000 yuan in media purchasing funds,with an annual increase of 2 million yuan.
