高场强盘式磁选机在神东某选煤厂的应用

摘要 重介分选过程中介质损耗问题突出,为了节约铁矿资源、增强选煤厂经济效益,必须强化介质回收利用。磁选环节为介质损耗主要途径,有必要了解磁选尾矿性质,提高回收效果。针对神东某选煤厂磁选尾矿中微细粒磁性矿物回收难的问题,改进铁矿用盘式磁盘机用于选煤厂介质回收。通过优化盘式磁选机处理量、转速等工作参数,在磁盘转速6 r/min,处理量600 m^(3)/h条件下,磁性物回收率可达78.83%。磁盘机工作状态平稳,磁选机尾矿磁性物含量由0.12%降至0.032%,显著降低了选煤厂生产成本。 The problem of medium loss is prominent in the process of heavy and medium separation.In order to save iron ore resources and enhance the economic benefits of coal preparation plant,it is necessary to strengthen the medium recovery and utilization.Magnetic separation is the main way of medium loss,it is necessary to understand the properties of magnetic separation tailings to improve the recovery effect.In view of the difficult problem of recovery of micro-fine magnetic minerals from magnetic separation tailings of a coal preparation plant in Shendong,a magnetic disk drive for iron ore was improved to be used for medium recovery in coal preparation plant.By optimizing the working parameters of disk magnetic separator processing capacity and speed,the recovery rate of magnetic material can reach 78.83%under the conditions of disk rotating speed of 6 r/min and processing capacity of 600 m^(3)/h.The working state of the disk machine is stable,and the magnetic content of the tailings of the magnetic separator is reduced from 0.12%to 0.032%,which significantly reduces the production cost of the coal preparation plant.
