深部矿井近距离极薄保护层与被保护层协同开采技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对深部近距离煤层群条件下,高地应力、高瓦斯、低渗透性和低强度煤体的开采、抽采难度大等技术难题,提出了"复杂条件保护层开采—煤矸分选—瓦斯综合治理"的协同开采技术。在平顶山矿区十二矿进行了工程实践,建立了井下煤矸分选系统,实现了煤矸分选与矸石井下回填;同时建立了瓦斯立体抽采系统、地面瓦斯发电系统和瓦斯发电余热利用系统,实现了瓦斯高效抽采及清洁利用。结果表明:协同开采技术在十二矿的应用取得了显著的经济和社会效益,实现了煤与瓦斯安全高效绿色共采,为地质条件相似的矿井提供了重要的技术借鉴。 In view of the difficult technical problems of mining and drainage of high geo-stress,high gas,low permeability and low strength coal under the condition of deep close distance coal seam group,the collaborative mining technology of"protection seam mining under complex conditions-coal gangue separation-comprehensive harness of gas"was proposed.Engineering practice was carried out in No.12 Pingdingshan Coal Mine.The underground coal gangue separation system was established to realize coal gangue separation and gangue underground backfilling.Meanwhile,the gas three-dimensional drainage system,surface gas power generation system and waste heat utilization system of gas power generation were established to realize the safe pressure relief extraction and clean utilization of gas.The practice results show that the application of collaborative mining technology in No.12 mine has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,realized the safe,efficient and green co mining of coal and gas,and provided important technical reference for mines with similar geological conditions.
