摘要
露天煤矿开采过程中会产生低热值高灰脏杂煤,由于湿法分选工艺的局限性,脏杂煤大多未能分选,造成环境污染和资源损失。X射线块煤智能分选可以用于>50 mm高灰块煤分选,复合式干法分选机结合则可以实现300~0 mm脏杂煤全粒级分选。笔者分析了影响X射线智能干法分选设备分选效果的主要因素,并介绍了其在露天煤矿一些应用案例。脏杂煤干法分选可以克服水选工艺弊端,达到提质增效、减少环境污染和提高资源回收利用率的目的。
Low-calorific value high-ash dirty coal is inevitably produced in the process of open-pit coal mining.Due to the limitation of wet separation technology,most of dirty and miscellaneous coal can not be separated,resulting in environmental pollution and resource loss.The intelligent separation of X ray lump coal can be used for the separation of>50 mm high ash lump coal,and the composite dry separator can realize the separation of 300-0 mm dirty and miscellaneous coal.The author analyzed the main factors affecting the sorting effect of X-ray intelligent dry separation equipment and introduced some application cases in open pit coal mine.The dry separation of dirty and miscellaneous coal can overcome the drawbacks of water washing process,and achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of coal,reducing environmental pollution and improving the utilization rate of resources.
