选煤厂配煤实践

Exploration and practice of coal blending coal washery

为满足生产需求,选煤厂改进生产流程,在系统中依次设计加装配煤翻板调整精粒煤与筛末煤的配掺比例、编制配煤控制程序计算及监控混煤灰分、加装混料机完成混煤匀质化调节、加装采样机实现混煤机械采样,完成了A_(d)≤17%混煤在生产过程中的配掺生产。

In order to meet the production demand,the plant modified the production process,designed and installed a coal blending flap to adjust the blending ratio of washed granular coal and screen coal,compiled coal blending control program to calculate and monitor the ash content of washed and mixed coal,installed a mixer to complete the homogenization adjustment of washed and mixed coal,and installed a sampler for mechanical sampling of washed and mixed coal.The blending production of washing coal with A_(d)≤17%in the production process is completed.
