现代煤化工高端化产品发展分析

Analysis on the development of high-end products of modern coal chemical industry

与石油化工不同,现代煤化工以煤炭为原料,多数通过合成气向下游产品发展。在产品结构和适宜发展的产品方向上与石化行业存在差别,但现代煤化工产业高端化发展研究不足。通过分析49种大宗化工品、63种化工新材料和52种精细化工品数据,总结了判断高端化工品的指标体系,提出煤制烯烃、煤制油和煤制含氧化合物等项目的高端化产品方向,并重点分析了五大类产品市场和技术的可获得性,提出了未来技术攻关方向,为现代煤化工产业的高端化发展提供借鉴。

Different from petrochemical industry,modern coal chemical industry takes coal as raw material and mostly develops downstream products through syngas.It is different from petrochemical industry in product structure and product direction suitable for development,but there is insufficient research on how to develop high-end modern coal chemical industry.By analyzing the data of 49 bulk chemicals,63 new chemical materials and 52 fine chemicals,a set of index system for judging high-end chemicals was summarized,and the direction of high-end products of coal to olefins,coal to oil and coal to oxygenates,and focuses on the market and technical availability of five categories of products was put forward.The technical research directions in these five directions in the future were considered,which provided support for the high-end development of modern coal chemical industry.
