火电厂翻车机室的噪声影响分析与控制技术 被引量:2

摘要 火电厂翻车机室工作噪声的声源以中低频为主,声能衰减缓慢,穿透性强,传播距离远,噪声控制难度较大。针对某火电厂翻车机室工作声源噪声测试数据,采用频谱分析软件模拟建立厂界的噪声影响模型,确定主要噪声源与治理方案。在原行车轨道北侧布置合理大小的声屏障后,可消减噪声约15 dB(A)。翻车机室外行车轨道车厢产生的撞击声对其西北厂界的噪声贡献值降低,可满足GB 12348—2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》2类标准要求,日间噪声≤60 dB(A),夜间噪声≤50 dB(A)。通过对火电厂翻车机室等复杂声源环境影响分析,可进行清晰的综合判断,为选择合理、高效的噪声控制技术提供指导。 The noise source of the dumper room in thermal power plant is mainly low and medium frequency.The sound energy attenuation is slow,the penetration is strong,and the transmission distance is long,so it is difficult to control the noise.For a thermal power plant dumper room working sound source noise test data,the noise impact model of the plant boundary was established by using the spectrum analysis software,and the main noise sources and control schemes were determined.The noise can be reduced by about 15 dB(a)after the sound barrier of reasonable size is arranged on the north side of the original train track.The noise contribution value of the impact noise generated by the train track car outside the dumper to the northwest plant boundary is reduced,which can meet the requirements of class II standard of"emission standard of environmental noise at boundary of industrial enterprises"(GB 12348—2008),that is,the noise in the daytime is≤60 dB(A),and the noise at night is≤50 dB(A).By analyzing the environmental impact of complex sound sources such as the thermal power plant dumper room,a clear and comprehensive judgment can be made to provide guidance for the selection of reasonable and efficient noise control technologies.
