我国煤层气主要采区产出水特征及对策

Characteristics of produced water and countermeasures in the main coal bed methane mining areas in China

摘要 煤层气开发与常规天然气、致密气和页岩气开采机理不同,造成的环境污染差异较大,产出水的处理和排放尤为明显。国内煤层气开发井距小、井网密集,加之多位于丘陵山区,产出水的收集成为难题。通过对我国煤层气主要采区产出水水质、水量特征及变化规律研究发现,产出水的水质、水量差异性大。根据不同区域产出水的水质、水量特点及各地执行的排放标准,采用不同的收集方案和处理工艺,分析了制约产出水回用的关键原因,并对产出水的综合利用前景进行了展望。 Coal bed methane(CBM)development is different from conventional natural gas,tight gas and shale gas extraction mechanisms,and the environmental pollution caused by them is very different,especially the treatment and discharge of produced water.The small well spacing and dense well network of domestic CBM development,coupled with the fact that most of the wells are located in hilly areas,make it a challenge to collect the produced water.Through the study on the characteristics of water quality and quantity of output water in the main coalbed methane mining areas in China and the law of change,it is found that the water quality and quantity of output water vary greatly.According to the characteristics of water quality and quantity of output water in different regions and the discharge standards implemented in each region,different collection schemes and treatment processes should be adopted.The key reasons limiting the reuse of output water were analyzed,and the prospect of comprehensive utilization of output water was presented.
