燃煤电站耦合污泥加压热水解系统发电的经济性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究城市污泥通过加压热水解系统处理后再送入燃煤锅炉内掺烧发电的经济性,以某电站耦合污泥加压热水解系统为例,研究了污泥热水解温度与处理后干污泥含水率的关系,计算了不同水解温度和不同含水率污泥工况下处理污泥所耗的成本与收益,综合分析得到了燃煤电站处理污泥的经济性。结果表明:当污泥处理系统水解温度在190~240℃。水解温度200℃时,收益最大,且温度越高收益越小,但是总体的收益差距较小。原湿污泥含水率越低,污泥单位吨收益越小。 In order to study the economy of the municipal sludge treated by the pressurized thermal hydrolysis system and then sent to the coal-fired boiler for power generation,this paper taked a power station coupling with sludge pressurized thermal hydrolysis system as an example,the relationship between the temperature of sludge thermal hydrolysis and the moisture content of the dried sludge after treatment was studied.The cost and benefit of sludge treatment in different working conditions of the hydrolysis temperature and sludge moisture content were calculated.Through comprehensive analysis the economy of sludge treatment was obtained.The results show that when the hydrolysis temperature of the sludge treatment system changes from 190℃to 240℃,the hydrolysis temperature is 200℃,the benefit is the largest.The higher the temperature,the smaller the profit,but the income gap of different temperature conditions is very small.In addition,the lower the moisture content of wet sludge,the smaller the income of wet sludge per ton.
