摘要
由于当前煤气化技术装备性能及运行水平较差,气化工艺会产生大量的粗渣和细渣,其中气化细渣含碳量较高(50%以上),不能直接用于建筑、道路材料,且无论是浮选还是燃烧脱碳,均面临成本高昂难以产业化的问题。通过对气化灰渣的基本物理化学性质检测分析发现,气化细渣中碳含量高、灰分中硅铝含量高、比表面积大、残炭表面孔隙发达,是制备吸附材料的理想原料,比较了气化灰渣制备类活性炭材料、沸石、分子筛、碳硅复合材料及水处理工艺等利用技术的研究现状和应用前景。
Due to the poor performance or operation level of current coal gasification technology and equipment,a large number of coarse and fine slag will be produced in the gasification process.The carbon content of gasification fine slag is high(more than 50%),which can not be directly used in construction and road materials.Both flotation and combustion decarbonization face the problem of high cost and lack of industrialization.Through the detection and analysis of the basic physical and chemical properties of gasification ash.It is found that gasification fine slag has high carbon content,high silicon and aluminum content in ash,large specific surface area and developed surface pores of residual carbon,which is an ideal raw material for the preparation of adsorption materials.The research status and application prospect of gasification ash preparation of activated carbon like materials,zeolite,molecular sieve,carbon silicon composites and water treatment technology were compared.
