摘要
为了满足煤灰高温黏度测定需求,打破国外对煤灰黏度测定仪器的垄断,需要对煤灰高温黏度测定系统进行研究与开发。通过测试装置与软件控制系统结合的方式,提高了测定系统自动化程度与测试效率。论述了煤灰黏度测定仪中高温立式管式炉、高温黏度计以及自动化控制方面的现有基础和进展,对我国煤灰高温测定仪的发展和国内外同类型设备以及2种测试方法进行对比,论述了我国该型设备的研究现状。煤气化过程中液态排渣技术应用更加广泛,煤灰在高温下的黏度调控关系到液态排渣气化炉的平稳运行,因此,煤灰高温黏度测定装置的研发对于煤灰黏度指标的测定尤为重要。
In order to meet the demand of coal ash high temperature viscosity measurement and break the foreign monopoly of coal ash viscosity measurement instrument,it is necessary to research and develop the coal ash high temperature viscosity measurement system.The degree of automation and efficiency of testing system are improved by combining testing device with software control system.The present foundation and progress of high temperature vertical tube furnace,high temperature viscometer and automatic control of coal ash viscosity tester were discussed.The development of coal ash high temperature tester in China was compared with the same type of equipment and two kinds of testing methods at home and abroad,and the research status of this type of equipment in China was also discussed.In the process of coal gasification,the technology of liquid slagging is more and more widely used.The viscosity control of coal ash at high temperature is related to the smooth operation of the liquid slagging gasifier.Therefore,the research and development of high temperature viscosity measuring device for coal ash is particularly important for the determination of coal ash viscosity index.
