摘要
以神东煤炭集团洗选中心成本工程管理为模型,分析了选煤厂成本工程管理的现状及存在的问题,针对问题,构建了解决方法并根据应用情况进行了扩展和讨论,阐述了将所建立的方法应用于实践的初步情况,为促进和提升选煤厂成本工程管理工作提供借鉴。
Based on the cost engineering management model of coal preparation center of Shendong Coal Group, the present situation and existing problems of cost engineering management in coal preparation plant was analyzed, and the solution method was constructed, the application situation was discussed, and the preliminary situation of applying the method to practice was expounded, so as to provide reference for promoting and promoting the cost engineering management of coal preparation plant.
