摘要
在"双碳"大环境下,为应对神东公司薄煤层面逐年增加,原煤质量不断下滑,煤炭质量管理难度不断加大的煤炭质量管理困境,煤炭经销中心长期探索研究神东煤炭质量管理现状,逐步完善并形成了一套制度匹配、运行闭环、奖惩机制有效的煤炭质量管理模式。通过实施"生产前计划有预控,生产中管控有落实,生产后处理有提升,全过程信息有反馈"为特点的闭合煤质管理运行机制与"单元链"的现场管理与考核,充分应用了神东煤煤质的技术与管理优势,有效激发了各级员工的煤炭质量管理热情,排矸率逐年攀升,商品煤相对于原煤提质幅度不断增加,有力保障了企业经济效益稳步提升。
Under the"double carbon"environment,in order to cope with the coal quality management dilemma of Shendong company′s thin coal level increasing year by year,the continuous decline of raw coal quality and the increasing difficulty of coal quality management,the coal distribution center has long explored and studied the current situation of Shendong coal quality management,gradually improved and formed a set of coal quality management mode with system matching,closed-loop operation and effective reward and punishment mechanism.Through the implementation of the closed coal quality management operation mechanism and the on-site management and assessment of the"unit chain"characterized by"pre control of pre production plan,implementation of control during production,improvement of post production processing and feedback of information in the whole process",the technical and management advantages of Shendong coal quality have been fully applied,which has effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of employees at all levels for coal quality management,and the waste discharge rate has increased year by year.Compared with the raw coal,the quality improvement of commercial coal is increasing,which effectively ensures the steady improvement of the economic benefits of the enterprise.
