一种装车质量检测装置设计及评价方法

摘要 针对目前铁路运输粉状物料偏载和超高检测滞后,导致不能及时指导装车及人工观测车帮留煤不准确等问题,利用液压油缸控制检测架的高度,通过液压马达控制检测架的水平位置,采用5个在线激光测距仪检测装车物料上表面及车帮高度,对车顶表面进行建模分析,实现了对装车质量进行检测评价。通过分析煤炭密度间接反映煤炭发热量和煤炭堆密度,便于指导生产实际。 In view of the problems of the partial load of powdery materials in railway transportatio,lag of superelevation detection unable to guide the loading in time and the inaccuracy of coal left on the side of the car by manual observation,five on-line laser rangefinders were used to detect the upper surface of loading materials and the height of car side based on the height of the detection frame controlled by the hydraulic cylinder and the horizontal position of detection frame by the hydraulic motor,and the roof surface was modeled and analyzed.The detection and evaluation of loading quality were realized.Analysis of coal density indirectly reflects the calorific value and bulk density of coal,which is convenient to guide the actual production.
