刮板输送机作为一种多点出入料(配料)、低成本的运输工具,已成为选煤生产系统的主要运输设备。随着选煤厂生产能力的不断提高,刮板输送机的性能直接影响生产系统的安全高效运行。针对选煤厂刮板输送机的设计缺陷和常见故障,对其运煤工艺、箱体结构、设备保护、运行管理等进行了分析,结合生产实践提出了优化措施,从而实现刮板输送机的高产高效运行,为选煤企业刮板输送机的优化升级提供参考。

The scraper conveyor,as a multi-point feeding and discharging(mixing),low-cost transportation tool,has become the main transportation equipment of the coal preparation system.With the continuous improvement of the production capacity of coal preparation plants,the performance of the scraper conveyor directly affects the safe and efficient operation of the production system.Aiming at the design defects and common failures of the scraper conveyor in the coal preparation plant,the coal transportation process,box structure,equipment protection,operation management and other aspects of the scraper conveyor were analyzed,and optimization measures were proposed in combination with production practice to realize the high output and high efficiency of the scraper conveyor,provide a reference for the optimization and upgrade of the scraper conveyor of coal preparation enterprises.
